The Dark Tower Series

Post by tony stark on Wed 24 Sep 2008, 12:10 am

Stephen King's best work.
It's epic.

Reading order:
The Gunslinger
The Drawing of the Three
The Waste Lands
Wizard and Glass
Wolves of the Calla
Song of Susannah
The Dark Tower

The story is essentially about Roland Deschain, last gunslinger of Gilead searching for the elusive Dark Tower with his ka-tet; Jake, Eddie and Susannah (and Oy the billy bumbler) as they travel through Mid World to End World encountering various losses and battles along the way.

lol@chu So did I -glare at Stephen King for being so Goddam awesome at writing it-

I'm on the second one now, so I can't really do the whole 'I'm insightful and know the plotline pedo y/y?' Thing but it's still awesome. Though this 'Lady of Shadows' is irritating me somewhat hmmmm

Bit of a shame the series ended like it did though naww, diddums.

Depends on how attached to the characters you get throughout the series. If you get fairly atached then it will be a bummer. But the last book has the MOST FACKING AWESOME TWIST EVER pedo y/y?

And btw just because I read fast doesn't mean I take in all the details lol@chu
