The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook.

I just realized tonight how much anxiety sucks.
I realized I have a severe case.
Not only do I have generalized anxiety disorder (I have panic disorder, agoraphobia, ocd, and something else...) but I shouldn't have it until I'm 20.
I've had this for a year
and I shouldn't be.
it fucking sucks.
but this book I found at border's is so interesting.
it has coping skills.
skills that no one has been giving me.
so now I'm not as hopeless as I used to be.
