OKAY.

Am I the only one who gets annoyed by musicans who always have to have another artist feature in their video/song? Because, in all honesty, It bugs the hell out of me.
It makes me feel like the other artist isnt that great, so having the other one (whos usually slightly more sucessful/famous) feature in their music will make the song better.

It annoys me. I feel like I can't listen to a song lately, without having another person guest star in it.I think, music has come to a stage where it all popularity, and no substance, and i dont UNDERSTAND IT.

I just want to hear the band or artist I wanted to listen to. Not them, and some other person singing.
Once in a blue moon, its great. Because you end up making something special. But if you always have someone else in a song, people come to expect it, and when you dont have someone else in the song, they end up not taking to it as much as they would if someone else were to feature.


I think the whole 'FEATURING' thing is bogus. I just wish if you were a band or artist, use your material and be yourself. Don't get fame off other artists to make yourself bigger and more listened to.

I know what you mean! But, see, this is why I don't listen to the radio anymore. Song titles + artistes are freaking long now, 'cause it's always like BLAH BLAH FEAT. BLAH BLAH EWW BLAH.

Just don't listen to it if it bugs you so much. It's cooler to be the indie kid who listens to stuff no one's ever heard of before, anyway.
