so last night i took a tylenol 3 before bed in order to help me sleep from this surgery.
DID YOU KNOW, t3s have caffeine?
well, they do.
SO, i was up until 3, going to the bathroom every half hour because obv caffeine is a diuretic.
then i woke up at 5.30 and that was my sleep!
i r pleased.

then at 8 i went with my mom to her workout, because she trains with my old trainer who went on maternity leave and now only trains in the mornings, so i don't get to see her.
so i went so i could visit her.
and went with my trainer of now to get her some coffee from starbucks, about 3 blocks away.
by the time i got back, i was close to passing out.
i r pleased.

so my mom took me home while she went to work, and i got back in bed.
that was about...9.30?
slept until about 10.15, then got up because i'd had another t3 and had to pee again.
almost threw up, almost passed out, got back in bed.
stayed there until about 1.
got up, took a couple of advil (because they don't make me pee) and hung out for awhile.
annnnd, that's pretty much my day.
i still can't eat hamburger (that's what we had for dinner) so my mom made me mac and cheese instead.
my face hurts.
OH but i showered earlier, that's the first time since before surgery.
so, two days.
now i'm writing.
