owl city is the name of myspacer adam young's solo music project.
he's released an album, "maybe i'm dreaming".
I'm not entirely sure how to describe him... but you can listen to stuff here.

i love it personally, but the songs take a bit of listening to. they're pretty similar to a rocket to the moon, i think. i love hello seattle, fuzzy blue lights and rainbow veins in particular.

anyone else like him?

I've been listening to him for like, 3 months. His music is only now starting to get popular. But, nonetheless, I love his music and his beautiful lyrics.
Its so magical and soothing.
