Ahaha, somehow I don't think we're better than facebook.

IAR is independantly run and funded by myself and three other admins. We're still working things out, and we're between the ages of 15 and 19, so we can't exactly hire people to work for us or pay for advertising. But we like to think that we've built a community here, albeit a small one (:

I'm Mikey, by the way. I'm the creator, of sorts. The other three admins are Jack, Chels, and Marlee. We're easy to recognise on the boards because we're all dark blue. Similarly, we have two mods, Libbey and Logan, who are light blue. Anyone purple is a literary mentor - they read and review the stories on the site, and send messages to the authors if anything breaks our story rules.

That's pretty much all you need to know (:
