This is not me being a hypochondriac.
I seriously think i may have Swine Flu.
These are my symptoms;
Runny nose
Coughing
Sore Throat
Sneezing
Headache
Muslce aches
Stinging eyes
Puking
and i have pooped alot today
Thats more than half of the symptoms of Swine Flu, but its also some the symptoms for the normal Flu.
I dont know, maybe i am overreacting.
But last time i stressed over stuff i stopped breathing.
I dnw Swine, but im always so fucking sick, im more acceptable to something like this.
Seriously, what would happen if i died?
I always thought nothing would change, i still do.
Why would it? People might be sad for a while, but they will be able to move on.

Okay, for one thing, nobody in 'western' culture has diesof swine flu. Well, one baby died, but it's a baby; as much of a tradgedy as it is, you can't compare the immune system of a child to the immune system of a teenager, even an unhealthy one.
The regular flu this year is just as bad, if not worse than, H1N1. That's why we went and got flu shots straight away; that way if we get sick we know it's something serious.
But the likelihood is it is just the normal flu.
And even then, you should be just as worried about influenza A as you are about swine flu; as said, it's just as bad.
And, of course we'd be sad. we'd be miserable. you mean a lot more than you know. people can move on with their lives after a death or other form of loss but it doesn't mean they're the same; moving on in terms of practicality from losing someone is completely different to moving along mentally.
going on with your life, getting up, going to school/work, talking to people, while that may all go back to normal, it doesn't mean that behind it, things will be just as they always have. people would be hugely affected without you.

Actually, a 20-30 woman died. She had 5358488 chronic diseases, but, yeah, she died too.the missing piece. wrote:Okay, for one thing, nobody in 'western' culture has diesof swine flu. Chances are it's not swine flu. Swine flu is in my father's office and when my brother came down with an awful flu and 103.2 temp, we took him to the hospital and it wasn't swine flu. Apparently, swine flu is less miserable than regular influenza. -shrug-
Re: This is not me being a hypochondriac.
Ah. So it wasn't a cytokine storm? cause that's what's theorised to kill most people - not the actual influenza, but the body's reaction to it.
Re: This is not me being a hypochondriac.
That is right, due to this hype about swine flu the majority have deduced that it's worse than normal influenza...when in fact it's not as bad in terms of symptoms and causing death. And seeming as one is really just a less serious version of the other, I'd say you just have the normal influenza bug :/
And don't be like that , people would only move on after a very very long time, they're not going to just ditch you like a piece of trash the next day.

I agree, what people are most scared about the Swin Flu, while it is weaker than the normal flu, the fact that if it mutates.
Yeaha i probly do have the normal flu, i finally able to go to the doctors cause he needed to go aswell.
He didnt really say what i had, maybe he did but i couldnt understand it, but he just gave me some anitbiotics.

Re: This is not me being a hypochondriac.
Well if that's the case then you most probably have the normal influenza, seeming as if you had Swine Flu it would've resulted in a bit of a more critical situation [extremely ironic seeming it is in theory less lethal than the normal flu ]
so s'all good y/y?
