so even though i'm going to have ASSLOADS of work,

i'm really excited about next year.

i'll be a senior in high school. top of the pile.
i'll be taking some great courses:
- writer's craft
- music
- leadership (we organize events and shit)
- english
- data management/statistics
- families (like an extension of my psych course of this year)

along with that and all the work that goes along with those (writer's craft, leadership, and families will probably take up much of my time, especially leadership), i'll be doing the usual: flute lessons, oboe lessons, workout twice a week. also i will be doing something called the wise program, which is where the university in my city pays for grade twelves to take one full first-year college credit. they only accept a hundred students per year, so i'm pretty excited.

besides that, there are a few other things i'm pretty psyched for next year:
- the vancouver winter olympics is next year. my dad owns a place in vancouver. plus, one of our friends is a world-class speedskater who has already prequalified, so that's pretty bitchin'. we'll be going out for that in february.
- my parents are planning to take me to japan during my march break.
- i'm probably going to be a multicultural club co-president next year.
- i'm trying to start up a writer's guild at my school.

ummm, yeah. so next year should be pretty rockin'. :D
