Dermatillomania

Apparently, what I do is a form of self-harm. I mean, yeah, it hurts; yeah, it bleeds. But surely it isn't considered as bad as cutting?

I peel my lip. It's something I've done since I was twelve, and it got worse and better, all over the place, and it's getting worse now because finals are coming and I'm nervous. And my friend's sweet sixteen is on the way as well, and it'll be my first time in a dress, and I'm nervous because I don't have the best self-esteem there is, and I...am kind of telling myself that it will be awful and I will look awful and not to take photos because I will look a million times worse next to my friends. I just...I fail quite a bit.

EVEN NOW. I can't stop, I don't know how. Ugh, iFail.

I'm going to go study now. I've wasted enough time as it is.
