I've been playing Tegans guitar and my semi - acoustic.
I need my own electric if I'm going to join a rock band, right?
I have a white/black one that is a billion years old.
I think if I clean it up and get new strings, and a new button, it'll work just fine.
Just until I get a job.
After rent, guitar is first on the list!
Or I could just sell some stuff and get a better guitar from shops/2nd hand shop.
I think I'll sell some of my junk. I am bound to have some thing valuable around here.
That was I can get lots more learning and practicing in before I put an add out.
I need to prepare for this.
To be honest guitar was my first instrument of choice, that is why we have the billion year old guitar in the first place, it was mine.
I think I was like 8 or something then I changed to drums. On and off guitar since then, not a lot, just like a bit here and there.
I think it's about time I focused on it again.
I know the basics. All the notes and a quite few chords now. I know most of which sharps and flats are in what key signatures. I understand and can play in different time signatures. I can change from full down strum to up/down. lol. I can write guitar music and tabs, I can also read both of these, and of course I know my scales. (:

eh, i did that in lessons. Didn't you do it in tafe, i know you can write tabs.

I did learn, but I don't know... It just makes my brain bleed, I can never get the hang of it. :(
