Cop involved in Taser tragedy found dead

A New York police officer who ordered a Taser be fired at a distraught naked man who then fell to his death has been found dead, reports say.

it's tragic. but it seems like the first was an accident to be honest, and couldn't be avoided, especially since the first man was mentally ill and therefore had no capacity to understand what he was doing. the police officer overreacted, i grant you, but the treatment he must have received to bring him to that point must've been terrible. :/

Yeah, the first was an accident, but I think the cop must have been completely over ridden with guilt.

i'm sure he was, i know i couldn't cope with the guilt of knowing i'd killed someone.

basically a suspected terrorist was shot dead in london and the police got into a fuck load of trouble for it.
