I know the feeling.
You just need to let it happen...
For example, for me it was cleaning and reorganizing my whole room.
I mean I'm sure that doesn't help....but it's something.
I don't know your story...so I can't tell you anything...
But in my case it was losing the only person who made me feel alive...
So I get you I think...
