Well, I don't know much about your "obnoxiously huge stomach" because I've never seen a picture of you but I doubt it's as obnoxious or as huge as you think it is. Make your own clothes, shop at thrift stores, give yourself room to be unique. "Other girls" will envy you, if they don't already.

I have this huge two-inch-wide nose and I can't help but notice how most pretty people don't have colossal fungi-like formations dominating half of their face. :\
