Signatures and Post Templates
More rules about them.
We've been noticing people haven't been closing their tags properly when making their signatures and post templates. This affects the entire page from that post.
For example,
Because a tag was not closed properly, all the writing from that point onwards, was altered and different. Until now, if the admins have noticed this, we have fixed it. But we can't keep doing this.
So we urge you, please check your tags in your signatures and post templates are properly closed, and everything will get along peachy keen.

Re: Signatures and Post Templates
No, thats what this is all about. Jack misunderstood what Polly meant.
If you DON'T close a tag, it doesn't just affect YOUR information - it affects all the fonts for the rest of the page, whether they're website fonts (as in your information) or the font in other people's posts (unless they specify something different in their ost templates).
So for example, I'll do it here.
I'm going to put a different font in my signature, k? And then I'll post again to show you what I mean.
It's not like a rule, per se, more like letting you guys know because, well, a) with certain monitors it makes text hard to read and b) it's kind of annoying.

All you need to know is that if we don't close out tags properly, it rapes the page formatting.

Re: Signatures and Post Templates
You can't
that's what I just said
What happens is if you have an unclosed tag it changes your info - but it ALSO changes the rest of the entire page
The info changing is a BAD thing, not something ~new we discovered and wanted to show you all

Re: Signatures and Post Templates
also, if you've noticed that the colours/text of the other text of the page, and you can see you've closed your tags, try reordering the tags. sometimes, colour has to go last to take effect.
