Story rules

A quick update to let you all know that I've fixed our Story Rules. Please have a skim to make sure you understand the changes.

It was getting annoying to a lot of people that fandom and pairings (for fanfiction) weren't stated in story descriptions, so I made sure to add that to the skeleton format we provide. I also added a 'genre' tag so that we can avoid anything we don't want to read.

I also fixed our ratings system and elaborated a little on what each rating means and when to use it, for people who aren't so in-the-know.

Nothing big and certainly not as exciting as our new profiles - which I suggest you go check out [/shameless plug] - but impotant to know nonetheless.
