Ugh, I wouldnt reccomend liquid eyeliner unless you reeeaaally know what you're doing. It can be messy and it looks REALLY tacky if you mess it up.

Go with kohl pencils, especially if you dont wear much makeup. they're really easy to use and really soft. that'd be better than any 'liquid' type I could imagine >_<

I love liquid eyeliner!
It took me forever how to learn but I really love the way it looks.

So yeah I pretty much wear too much apparently.

And hey, does anyone know good, cheap colors of eyeshadow?

Yeah, but you wear makeup all the time talk to it.
And as you said; learning it is a bitch.

Well, in Australia we have Be Yourself cosmetics. I wouldnt assume you'd get them over there. But they're like EPICALLY CHEAP and really quite reasonable value for money, especially the eyeshadows.

Lol marlee I'll buy you some as soon as I get your address talk to it.

I think I know what you're talking about. Like.. it's classed as liquid eyeliner, but more like a paste and you apply it with a brush? I remember being told about a brand called "mac" that sell a brand of liquid eyeliner like that, and it comes in a little case that looks something like the tubs you can buy lip balm in.

It's also the same brand that Ryan Ross use to use when he did all the eyeliner stuff on his face, apparently. Although many of those kinds of liquid eyeliner are expensive and you have to spend a really long time and patience to learn to use them. I'm still learning how to apply the liquid eyeliner I bought at the start of the year, and although I am beginning to get use to it.. I've only worn it out once because it is really hard to apply unless you know exactly what you're doing.

I don't wear foundation usually, just tinted moisturiser and heaps of thick mascara.

I have Revlon Luxurious Color liner in the darkest black. It goes on really really black, almost like liquid liner color. It's smudgy though, so you can't use it for a cat eye or something really defined. It just looks dark, sexy, and you can use it really well for a smoky eye. It's cheap, too.

If you're going for the liquid liner look though, I suggest you spending a bit more on a gel eyeliner. It looks just like liquid eyeliner, but much much easier. The most famous is probably MAC Fluidline, but I've tried Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner which is awesome, and I've also heard good things about Stilia Smudgepots. I'm not sure about the drugstore equivalents though, but shop around a bit. Gel eyeliner is much, much easier to use.

I actually don't wear make up at all on normal days. Just lipgloss when I'm bored in class.
When I go out, I might wear some mascara or eyeliner, but not usually to school.
The only reason why I know anything at all about make up is I like to pretend I'm Ryan Ross and I surf Sephora.com religiously.

We're not suppose to wear make-up to school so I never have.
Not intentionally anyway...

I don't really know how to use most make-ups, no one really showed me how.

Obviously I know how to use eye shadow, eye liner, mascara and lip gloss but any further than that and I'm stumped.
I would only really wear eyeliner and mascara when I got out.

I've never used concealer or foundation, or if there is anything else you have to rub on your face, before.
I wouldn't know how or what to use.
My girlfriend makes fun of me cause I am so clueless but she says I'm lucky I don't need to cover anything up... *shrugs*
