The story is essentially about Roland Deschain, last gunslinger of Gilead searching for the elusive Dark Tower with his ka-tet; Jake, Eddie and Susannah (and Oy the billy bumbler) as they travel through Mid World to End World encountering various losses and battles along the way.

I'm reading this at the moment as Peter and my Nan told me it was amazing and I wanted to see

AND I'M ADDICTED It's amazing so far even though I'm only halfway through "The Gunslinger"

I want the Dark Tower comics now >.>

He was liek so adorable and omg, I loved Jake

So did I -glare at Stephen King for being so Goddam awesome at writing it-

I'm on the second one now, so I can't really do the whole 'I'm insightful and know the plotline ' Thing but it's still awesome. Though this 'Lady of Shadows' is irritating me somewhat

I wasn't going to come back until I found out who The Pusher was and what happened. I'm reading the Third Book and just got to the bit where 'The Boy' came through

Depends on how attached to the characters you get throughout the series. If you get fairly atached then it will be a bummer. But the last book has the MOST FACKING AWESOME TWIST EVER

And btw just because I read fast doesn't mean I take in all the details
